Login Status
Operator can change login status like most of instant messenger softwares.
There are five login status: Logon, Busy, Away, Logout and Quit.
Logon is the default status after you login LiveReception. Everything is working fine and nothing unusual.
| Busy. When an operator is too busy, he can switch the status into Busy. This status doesn't affect anything but just telling others that this operator doesn't have much time for more things. |
Away. If an operator switch into Away, he cannot accept chat request.
This status apply to that the operator is going out for lunch or something like that.
Logout. Basically offline. There will be nothing left in the interface.
After logout.
Quit. Quit LiveReception.
